Parties and Groups
No, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot and remaining payment must be made 5 days before the event.
Just keep us informed – there is a minimum charge for parties, so headcount reduction under that has no impact. If you need to increase the # players, if it is possible, there will be an additional charge per player above what the package includes?
A cake or birthday cake is allowed, and we have a regular freezer/fridge on site if needed. Water is permitted. For other food & beverage items there is a $10 outside food charge.
Although we are not a licensed venue, there is an option to purchase a one-time Special Occasion Permits liquor licence for alcohol consumption at our location. Applications should be submitted to SLGA at least 10 days in advance.

7+ days before your event a full refund of your deposit will be provided.
3–6 days before your event deposit converted to store credit.
Less than 3 days or no-show your deposit is non-refundable.
*Please provide us as much notice as possible for any changes to your booking. We cannot guarantee we will have space for extra players if not booked in advance. No-shows on the day, or notice of reduced numbers upon arrival, will not be refunded. Any adults or non-players in your group are more than welcome to take the place of guests who don’t show up.
