During Your Visit
Your booking time is the start of your play time. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, confirm waivers, and complete the tutorial.
We cannot extend play time for late arrivals, as doing so would impact other bookings.
Yes. Viewing areas are available, and for VR gameplay, spectators can watch both in real life and on screen. We livestream gameplay so you can see what players see. Space is limited, so please be mindful.
Water is permitted and recommended. Other outdoor food and snacks are not permitted (click here for party rules). We have some snacks and drinks available for purchase at the front desk. To keep the VR and Interactive Wall play areas clean, we ask that you enjoy snacks and drinks in the designated seating areas.
No problem. We also offer the interactive wall experience, or guests are welcome to watch, relax, and enjoy the space.

Yes. All participants must complete a waiver. A parent or guardian must complete waivers for minors (under 18). We recommend completing waivers online in advance using the link provided with your booking or by clicking here.
This is an active experience, so please wear comfortable clothing. Indoor shoes or socks are required throughout the building. Socks are available for purchase if needed.
Our headsets generally fit smaller-framed glasses. Large frames may not fit due to the space between the eyes and VR lenses. If possible, we recommend contact lenses.
VR headsets and controllers are sanitized following each players session using medical grade cleaner. Equipment at the Interactive wall is cleaned daily and hand sanitizer is always available and recommended before and agter game play.
Who Can Play
- Virtual Reality: Typically suitable for ages 7–8+, depending on the game. Games include recommended age ratings, and final participation is at parent or guardian discretion. A small number of games are 18+ due to violence or gore.
- Interactive Wall: Suitable for all ages who can safely touch a screen or throw a ball. The wall measures 5 ft × 13 ft, so supervision is required for younger children.
Our free-roam VR and headset technology help reduce motion sickness for many players, though individual experiences may vary. The interactive wall does not use headsets.
Our facility and interactive wall are accessible. VR accessibility depends on individual needs and comfort levels. We welcome all guests and encourage you to reach out with questions in advance.
For safety reasons, some experiences may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions or mobility limitations, including:
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Significant hearing loss that may impact safety instructions
- Recent or current broken arm or leg
- Use of mobility devices where unrestricted movement is required
Our experiences are not recommended for guests with heart conditions or those who are heavily pregnant.
Participation depends on the specific experience and individual comfort level. If you have questions or would like to discuss accommodations, please contact us in advance—we’re happy to help.
